And when the mystery of life & mist of emotions are beautifully dressed in words ....I am drawn or wrapped up by it.

Shams - sorry to ramble here.

I think I was born that way...  I’ve always enjoyed the cadence, the rhythm, the flow of the words of poetry. Mother read children’s poems to me from the time I could sit up! I’ve always had my poetry books. Later, quite young, when I could read, I read Mother's loetry books while other kids watched cartoons. A twist of the tongue, the mystery of an esoteric meaning, a haunting in the soul, a sharp spark to the imagination; yeah, I enjoy all of that - the thing they call poetry. Much of it draws me.
