I poem I wrote shortly after 9-11

Shortly after 9-11, a very large flock of small birds came to roost on the old ash tree I then had in my backyard. It was a remarkable sight, the birds on each and every limb of the ash and also on many of the surrounding trees. This poem was a reflection on that strange scene, on 9-11 and the fact...
