Away from home, I can imagine going on a diet.
At home, I realize the difficulty of a diet. If I ate less, it would be easy. I would just eat less. No one would notice. If I went on weight watchers or atkins, then I'd eat differently and people would notice. Eating less does two things it triggers your starvation response and it makes me feel...
