I cleaned the top of the light bridge that goes between my armoir and my husband's armoir over a platform queen sized bed. Since it's higher than I am tall--it usually doesn't get dusted. So I put on a heart rate monitor and did housework. I got my heartrate up to 130 and it stayed there for one half hour. Now I'm resting from my workout. My heart is down to 93 so that is slow enough. I can now clean the floors for my second workout. I'd rather go to Curves, its more fun. But... Sign in to see full entry.

I have been sick for the past five years but now I'm better thanks to a machine that treats sleep apnea. One of the problems I have is that I have no idea what a normals day's work is.
