How I know they are illegal...
Blanche questioned how I know that most of my neighborhood is here illegally. Well, if I remember the laws from my Business Law classes, in order to come into this country and stay here legally, you have to speak English. Now, I'm not 100% sure of that so I will ask a friend of mine who is from El Salvador and he and his wife came here legally.
