How do you discern your inner feelings

when you feel sick to your stomach? I caught a bug and feel miserable. So nothing sounds good. All I have energy for is writing and reading--but what quality of writing do I do when I feel bad. This Morning I'm Doing Internet Searches

Comparing Hawaiian universities with Washington ones. The universities in Washington are definitely superior--they are also larger and more intimidating.
