Are terrorists closing in on Los Angeles apartment building?
I saw what looked like a drug deal go down in the apartment next to mine. It happened a month ago. The man renting the apartment next to mine (#311) had a visitor who was yelling loud enough to make my apartment vibrate. I walked over to that apartment and found the door ajar. I looked into 311 and saw two individuals gazing into a suitcase as if they were looking into heaven. I asked them to hold the noise down.
