The Weather Channel Doppler looks like a boomerang. Hurricane Katiya is projected to head straight at Cape Hatteras like a bat out of hell. Then it is projected to reverse course in an unheard of "screeching u-turn." If you ice your sinks and creeks you can make sure that hurricane does what it's supposed to do and "gets the hell out of town!"
