The whole world's on a 747

We wait In a desperate silence, The tense peace broken only By the nervous ramblings, And mutterings of the insecure Souls who already wish it was over. I've flown like an eagle over an Earth made of chocolate riddled with candy-cane railroads and pink, glass balls falling from clouds and landing in a champagne glass in my hand. It's not so much that the world I live in is so large and overwhelmingly unknown. It's not that I don't understand all the people in the world, or speak their languages, or even begin to relate at all...I can accept that. Mystery of Myself

Who is it That rings the bell inside my head? That shakes my soul a symphony, Whose vibrations may rattle my bones To dust? Who is it That lights whatever glint reflects From my eye?
