Scott McCellan's Book

Former press secretary Scott McCellan has written a tell all book about his time in the white house. This book is supposed to contain details about the events leading up to the Iraq war. I had to blog about this as he makes some assertions about the media that I believe to be completely true. What... Sign in to see full entry.

Summer TV: Thank God for cable!

Now that all the good shows have wrapped up for the season, the big 3 or 4 are trying to hold viewers attention with the cheapest "entertainment" they can muster. It's an interesting flip, in the summer you look to cable for scripted TV and the broadcast stations for reality shows. I don't know how... Sign in to see full entry.

Ellen vs. McCain

John McCain was a guest on Ellen's show yesterday. As many of you may of heard they discussed gay marriage. Ellen is of course pro, and John McCain against. While I love Ellen I think she's funny, I hope that the issue of gay marriage doesn't become a distraction for voters again in this election. I... Sign in to see full entry.

Looking forward to the Tudors Season Finale!

One of my favorite shows is the Tudors on Showtime, although I don't think the season is nearly long enough. However, I loved last weeks episode were Henry finally started thinking with his head instead of his... little Henry. Heads literally started to roll, as Anne's brother, and others were... Why doesn't Hillary give it up already?

This normally wouldn't go on a TV blog but since she and Barack are all over the news on ever station I think it warrants a mention from me the TV addict. And let's not forget it is pretty entertaining. Congrats on Hillary's win in WV last Tuesday, but that's really not going to help her in the long... Sign in to see full entry.

L&O: episode from 5/14

I'm usually a big Law and Order fan. But last weeks episode was really upsetting. To me, the theme of the episode was, the system is always right and police misconduct is perfectly acceptable. Case in point: Usually the first suspect they catch is not the guy who committed the murder. Here it was.... Sign in to see full entry.

Little kids dressed as adults FREAK ME OUT!

I just had to turn off Oprah, which is something I rarely do. I’m all about the child geniuses, I think it’s great, but when kids look like adults, it gives me the hebbie jeebies. Which got me to thinking. Why do we feel the need to grow our kids up before their time anyway? It seems like kid’s... Sign in to see full entry.

Y&R: Restless Style is a disaster waiting to happen!

I don’t understand what made Jack, Sharon, Nick and Phyllis think they could work together without it becoming a major train wreck. Besides the obvious, I already see problems. Anything Sharon wants Phyllis objects to and vice versa. When couples work together it can strain the relationship, now add... Sign in to see full entry.

Y&R What is Bradley up to?

For all the Young and the Restless fans, I have to ask, What is Bradley up to now? He clearly has a vendetta against David Chow, though I can’t blame him because Chow is soo lame. However, I can’t figure out his motivation. Does he just want to see the guy publicly humiliated, is he after Chow’s... Sign in to see full entry.

Scrubs Finale?

I started watching Scrubs on a fluke. Freshmen year of college, we only got two TV stations in our dorm room (consequence of living on the bottom floor I suppose) NBC & ABC. Because of my addiction, I ended up watching any and everything that came on those two channels. That was the first year that... Sign in to see full entry.
