Mussels, Cabbage, congee and Porridge

Ginger Mussels 50 gm fresh mussels 25 gm ginger root 150 gm rice Clean and shell mussels. Slice ginger root into fine strips. Place mussels and rice in a pot with water and bring to a boil.
