about "non challant" Customer Service Agents
ummm, how do you expect them to act? Would you prefer their flippping out and being all stressed like some passengers? Agents can't work miracles or board anyone after the plane is closed. Lots has to happen after the flight is closed. Cargo/passenger weight needs to be calculated and ballanced.... Sign in to see full entry.
