One Tear

A reflection of the dream remains in its trace remembering one late night on the edge of town. He held me and I held on. “I love you,” circled our silhoutte, “I’ll never hurt you,” embraced my heart, and I gave myself completely to him. note: I wrote this 1989 when I was in college.
