Woohoo! Chef school exam

In previous posts I mentioned that I was attending culinary school to get my chef's credentials. Today was the final exam in the practical component. I had to design and prepare a menu on a deadline with 5% being deducted for each minute that the dishes came out late. I am happy to say the day went... Sign in to see full entry.
