Global Knockout - A Job Well Done

Random Thoughts After Class

It sure felt nice to be able to train a little bit tonight, even if I struggled with things that are normally really easy for me. I'm pretty lucky, I've got good balance so it's a definite asset in Tai Chi class. Tonight I had a hard time standing on one leg for any length of time, this damn tension...
