"Why didn't I get more presents?"
This was the question my nearly-4 granddaughter asked this afternoon, after unwrapping one wonderful thing after another-- many that had been requested specifically, some mentioned in casual impulsive desire in the space between a commercial and a doting grandma (not this one, the other one...), and some a complete surprise and bafflement.
