Pushing Troops To The Brink! Is It Wise? Will It Work?

On Wednesday, September 19, 2007, Senate Democrats failed in their bid to change the course of the Iraqi war strategy. A proposal by Sen. Jim Webb (D.-Va.) failed by 4 votes.
