Burning The Midnight Oil At The U.S. Senate

Senate Democrats are having a marathon session in the Senate Chamber this evening. Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) was hoping to have a simple majority vote on a Democratic proposal to withdraw most U.S. troops from Iraq by next spring.
