I believe they wasted their time, took advantage of the military by refusing to do anything today with the other bills. They are playing kids games. The public will be totally pro war if they don't do something that appears to be somewhat adult soon.

They're wasting their time. They might as well go home and go to bed.
This is simple grandstanding.  Looks good for the voters.  No substance.  Besides, even if they ever get a timetable through, Bush will either veto it or invoke executive privilege or powers of war or something and still negate it...
