Apparently, I scratched my finger, opening my mail- in ballot this morning.
A) 🇺🇸❔ THE DISCUSSION CLUB ❓ After, finishing filling out the Certificate of Mail-In Voter envelope and ballot neatly and perfectly, I noticed red on the ballot and envelope.
