I bought three yards of orange cloth with BOO written on it.
Then, I bought two yards of orange and silver reflective cloth tape and cut eye patches out of it, put elastic strings on them to tie around heads swathed in Boo bandanas and then scotch taped gold and silver earrings to the ears of my Somali pirate crew. We were Turkish and Iraqi pirates, too. I took twelve children and two adults with me. One mother wanted to come along and so did her teenaged daughter. She loved telling everyone that she was Iraqi.
