Okay, this all may fall apart, but it just might not.

I saw the mortgage loan officer for just a preliminary, AM I NUTS visit. He said that it just might be possible if one of my family or whoever will be a co-signer for me................now I just need to find someone as optimistic and crazy as I am to do it, heheheheh. One son has promised to try. Friends are raising money for me for the down payment and I told them to hang onto it and not give it to me as yet, in case this all falls apart and it can be returned more easily.
