Creative Uses for Dryer Lint-----MerryAnne

Here at Abuelita's house we have tons of it. I have to wash and dry things frequently as I am allergic to my dogs. So, the red blanket lint: The grandchildren used it to form little bird's nests inside wooden bowls and they then climbed the trees and placed them in the forks of branches. The navy blue blanket lint: We formed into sculpture on paper, with ridges and scrolls and lines. Quite lovely. The white woolen blanket: Lint used to stuff stocking dolls for the dogs to tear apart as Christmas... Sign in to see full entry.
