James B. Rudd graduated from Oklahoma University then became a US Navy Officer. He
spent a year in combat in Vietnam, followed by a year of shore duty in Japan, then a year in
thePhilippines. Subsequently, he went to Naples, Italy, and was a Special Intelligence
Analyst and aide to the Commander-in-Chief of Allied Forces Southern Europe.After
leaving the Navy, he got a Masters degree in International Business from Thunderbird. Rudd
traveled to more than forty countries over the next decade and was thepresident of an
international company. He left the business world, obtained aMaster of Science in Clinical
Psychology, from Missouri State University, and did counseling for a few years.The author
lives and writes in Virginia.
