Hi Everyone,
Just call me Dr. Dianne. I enjoy working with people and have done so all of my career. I am now retired, however, I am doing a little writing. I am a published author. I have written and published a spiritual book titled, "When in the Midst of a Spiritual Storm: Praise, Pray, and Persevere." I have also written an unpublised short story and a few unpublised poems.
I have a BA degree in Sociology/Social Work, MA(graduate degree) in Christian Studies with Emphasis in Leadership, PhD in Christian and Spiritual Couseling.
I have experience in interacting, and counseling clients and patients regarding their illnesses and diagnoses. I have worked with the diseased, disabled, mental retarded and mental illed. I have learned that the most important thing that people prefer is to be treated humanly.
I love to read, write, play the keyboard, garden, entertain and meet people. I am the mother of 3 boys. The oldest(44) is a Commander in the US Navy), the middle(31) was murdered less than a year ago, and the youngest(30) is making great efforts to carry on his businesses. I am blessed with 2 grandaughters, and they are 3 and 5. That is a breath of fresh air after all those boys and myself being the only girl until the 5th generation.
