I'm Darwin Eugene Richard, half Black American and Half Filipino, born 23 of November 1986 in the Republic of The Philippines. The second of six children in the household. I studied at Saint Columban College; a Catholic Private School in Olongapo City, Philippines, from grade school until high school. Entered College at the age of sixteen and was Majoring in Philosophy at San Carlos Seminary in Metro Manila, Philippines. Before proceeding to my sophomore year in College I decided to leave the country and join the U.S Navy because of my love for adventure and independence. I am currently stationed in Pearl Harbor Hawaii on board the USS CHOSIN CG65 from March of 2007 until march of 2010 after which I shall return to College to finish my studies and earn my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Norfolk State University. I love to read and to write about life and my realizations about it. Life I believe is a journey. Along the way we all make decisions that are and aren't too good. But I believe that we must learn from them in order for us to live life and to move forward rather than to fall backwards or staying put in our current situation. Life isa gift and we only live once. I believe that God do exist and that He loves everybody NO MATTER WHAT. I believe that God should once more be recognized and included in every relationship that we have and in every venture that we undertake because we live through HIM and have our very own BEING from HIM. Without HIM we will not BE. We must recognize our weak nature and trust in HIS saving grace that will allow us to move on and continue living our lives NO MATTER WHAT. I also believe n love. LOVE is a word often taken for granted and being mistaken for mere infatuation. Love is more than thAt. Love is to give everything that we have NO MATTER WHAT and LOVE NEVER GIVES UP. I believe that we must resolve to stay up after we have fallen. Once love has entered our lives we must let it rule us and we must let go of the fear of taking risk. Love is not selfish. Love believes, has faith, trusts, hopes and uderstands. We are beings of Love and we that's what differentiates us from animals. We must strive to be what we are NO MATTER HOW HARD IT MAY SEEM. Life is not life without the challenges. It is a journey and along the way roads will be rough. We can either run away and go back to where we were, stay put in our current situation or move forward and get to where we want to be in life. It's our life. It's our decision. Live it wisely because we only have one chance. Life is too short to worry about negative things. But in order to live a happy life one must live in love.
