Being the pensive and philosophical type, I automatically question the validity of summating my ontological existence within one minute paragraph. Further, I object to any notion that situates the human in blah, blah, blah ...
Actaully, I'm not really one for self-promotion of any kind and, admittedly, I find these "tell us about you!" (insert Big Girly Squeel) tasks too daunting and boring. At this point, the blinking cursor becomes my enemy, mocking my greatest characteristics and everything I've ever accomplished in my brief existence on this planet. Ya know ... the usual stuff: passing Staple Gun 101 with flying colors, the ability to negotiate the confines of a phone booth as I change into my SuperWoman Leotard, rescuing Styrofoam cups or subduing that one rebellious McDonald's napkin floating through the parking lot (while donning said Leotard), getting an upgrade to the long bus instead of riding the 'short bus' (and without a helmet, mind you), possessing a razor sharp perception for the obvious, mispelling the moist cummonest wurds, and my greatest talent ... the unwavering, always stolid, never doubtful talent of displaying myself as a complete and utter ass at the most inappropriate moments imaginable. Yup, a lot of heartache that one's caused me! I'm primarily a reader (actually, I do read for a living) and will occasionally dabble the quill in ink to comment on what I've read. Outside of that, I wouldn't consider myself a great literary talent -- learned, perhaps.
So, no, I don't really have a lot to say about myself. But I can tell you my favorite quote by the quotable, the potable, and always non-negotiable Mark Twain, "When we remember we are all mad, the mysteries disappear and life stands explained"
P.S. I'm writing from prison. Please, please, please, write me back!!!
