My name's Margaret Kohut - my friends call me Pearl. I'm a former Air Force officer, now a disabled veteran after 17 years of service to my counry. My husband and I live in the little mountain town of Anaconda, Montana with our ten miniature Dachshunds and our African Grey parrot, Paddywack. I'm a retired clinical social worker (therapist). My areas of specialty are addictions, forensic (criminal) behavior, domestic violence, and working within the criminal justice system. Tristan, my husband of 15 years, is Medical Director of the Montana State prison. Before I was commissioned in the USAF, I was a corrections officer, a courtroom bailiff, a fugitive recovery agent (polite term for "bounty hunter"), and I had a private practice in clinical social work psychotherapy. I enjoy off-roading in the Rockies, training and working the Doxies as Animal-Assisted Therapy dogs, and hiking to the degree I'm able due to my back injury. I like people; new and fresh ideas, interesting thoughts, and helping others in any way I can. We are a Masonic family; Tristan is a Master Freemason, a Shrine Noble, a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, and a Knight Templar. I'm a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Daughters of the Nile.
