To say that I am what I am would certainly be too sincere for a wretch like myself; to say, as Iago did, that I am not what I am, would be far too sinister, and, as I know I often gear myself to the left, I also know that I'm too lazy to embody at all times evil ; to say, as Eminem did, that I am whatever you say I am, would certainly be closer to the ever-elusive truth; but, alas, we must conclude, as George Saunders did in his pithy, excruciating short story "Offloading for Mrs. Schwartz," that, as of now, and always, I am only what I am.

Which blanks are necessary to fill in?  Product.  Product.  Product.  I am a product, now, with a nickname.  Call me Miss Lonelyhearts, please, 22.  22.  I am 22, and that's an essential selling point.
