Hello and Welcome
I have always enjoyed writing poetry, it gives me a sense of achievement and helps to remove the many tensions that can build up in this very fast world we live in today.
Unfortunately, time has previously prevented me from spending much time in expressing my inner thoughts and feelings on paper.
Now, however, due to a recently diagnosed neurological condition, I find I have more time on my hands than I need.
Time is a great healer though, and inspired me to write my first poem "Light At The End Of The Tunnel", which allowed me to begin the healing process by expressing my pain,fear, panic and, eventual, "coming to terms" with a life changing event.
Furthermore, I am now fully discovering the joys of writing which is enriching, fulfilling and gives me a peace of mind, which I previously felt was never possible.
