Hi every body my name is Marcus and welcome to my blog.I've been writing since I was 13 years old; since then I've written news articles for a school news paper, plays short stories and poetry for the church that I went to untill I was 20, and I've done several on stage poetry readings at several diffrent churches and poetry cafes. My love affair with the pen and paper in my eyes is one of 2 things in my life that I consider important. The other thing is actually the man that I'm happily married to; he's the best thing to happen to me since the first time I put pen to paper. The subjects that I write usually vary with current events, emotions, observations, dreams, the many misadventures of my adolesense, and untill I left the church at the age of 20 was also based on the bible. I hope to eventually someday become a well known author and news writer, and travel the world visiting all poetry cafes. In my blog you will see not just my most resent writing, but also writing from diffrent points of my life; because as I got older my writing style changed, and I think its important look back to the person you used to be and then look in the mirror to see how you've grown.Well I hope my poetry electrifies your senses...Marcus Mercado
