Hi, my name is Gilbert and I was born and raised in Cedarville New Jersey.I did one tour of duty in the good ole United Stated Army. After that in 1985 I moved to Baltimore maryland where I still reside to this day. Part of my written destiny led me to having four wonderful children and three darling grandchildren. I'm a 'more to myself ' type person which led me in 1992 to discover that I had some skills in writing. I try to keep things simple in my life, but do deviate every now and then. I have aspirations in getting a book of my poems published one day. I believe in God and hold to heart that every good gift comes from Him! I'm excited to have stumbled across this site, as even the best need encouraging words at times.
