My Name is Bob.
They call me Dr Bob at the clinic where I work because when I dress in my tech gear and am carrying my tools of the trade , I seem to look like a DR.
I enjoy a low carb lifestyle and making new friends. Shopping at the grocery store is always an adventure and I always try to go with a friend. Because I do low carb my own way , I wont admit to following any one low carb guru but basically I take a little wisom from each purveyor and use it to my benefit.
I am blogging for the purpose of aiding my efforts to stay on the low carb track. Its interesting how it weaves into different areas of my life , so, my story line might be a bit varied at times.
I was a cat person for almost seventeen years and when I can get to a point where I can be a good provider again , I intend to have another furry friend running around the condo.
