Passionate about: 1. using ocean energy as the ultimate solution to renewable, clean energy and global warming issues. 2.We need to tax what we do the most and that is consume. A graduated/modified income/consumption tax would resolve much of our revenue generation/allocation of resources problems. Particularly given the skewedness in income distribution and the growing regressiveness in the so-called progressive income tax that now suffocates the middle class.
