Hey what's up everyone, I'm Matt, and the
stuff you're gonna be reading on my page comes mostly from my
heart....at times perhaps a little from my gut......but yes mostly from
my heart.I'm currently serving a tour in the United States Navy here in the
sunny Andalucian south of Spain in a little town called Rota. It's
beautiful here, the weather's great, and my wife Marivie and I can go
to the beach with my little munchkin (that's Ezra, he's 1 yr) anytime
we want. I've had the privaledge of living in Iceland, England, and now
Spain since I joined the Navy, and I hope to get transferred to Japan
next.
I
love to eat.....LOVE to eat. My wife is Filipina and a great cook, so
needless to say I foster my love of eating well ;).
She taught me how to cook Chicken Adobo, mmmmm my favorite!! I also
make a mean spaghetti meat sauce. Ok enough I'm just getting hungry
now.
I grew up playing soccer, played in highschool, and now I try
to play when I can. I want to get my son Ezra into soccer, hehe so I've put
a bunch of soccer stuff in his room. He's only 1 yr, but he's showing
potential.....in his own little baby way. Yeh.......ok so he just kinda
pushes the ball around with his hands and chases after it, but that's a
start!! I plan tolet him play what he chooses, but no hurt in fostering a love of this beautiful sport early no?
My
wife Marivie is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out, and she's the love
of my life. How many people can say they have a Filipina-Icelandic
wife? A rather bizzare combination of extreme opposites, and I think
it's awesome!
