Ingredients:
1 can of tuna fish, preferably albacore
1 tsp of basil
1 tsp of oregano
1/4 of a small onion, finely chopped
1/4 of a celery stalk, finely chopped, but you want a little crunch here
1/2 of a handful of fresh Arugula, rinsed thoroughly, and chopped
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of salt
2 and 3/4 Tbsp of mayonnaise, you can add or subtract the mayonnaise to taste
Mix all the ingredients together, making sure the tuna is well spread out, and enjoy. Use on crackers, toast, or as a filler for celery, mushrooms, and devil eggs.
