Yes, Yes.....
I have always loved technology. Through the years I have watched it grow and change. I have loved it, not for what it was, but for what it could allow me to do with it. Now I love it for what my Sons, my grandchildren and my great-grandchildren can do and be..

I use the tech a fair amount. The only thing is I want to get away from feeling addicted to my phone.

I use my laptop for my poetry. My phone is far more useful to me. I have notifications set up to walk every hour during the day into late evening (walking promotes longevity); my alarm as we but my cicadian rhythm is well established and I wake up before it goes off; and medications set for notifications. I only take 3 meds but one is twice a day. Appointments too. The calendar on the phone is incredible useful as well.as the clock. I have bookmarks and so forth. Have a superb week.

You are absolutely correct. We can't exist in the modern world without some form of technology.
