Your posts about keeping in contact with Cyrus while he's in the service reminds me of the time my high-school sweetheart graduated and was drafted. The USO and other service organizations encouraged families to write "the boys" to keep up their morale until the war ended and they could come home again. It's still a vital link - I hope he enjoys your stories, but I'm more than confident he'll love your letters.

Good afternoon. That’s such a lovely idea. Listening to his grandmother’s stories will surely be a proud and memorable moment for him. That will be a game to watch. The Steelers barely beat the Bengals. They really need their defense to step it up if they hope to beat the Browns. We will miss the first few quarters of the football game because we have a viewing to attend at 6:00 today for a family friend who was killed on the 27th. Enjoy your day.
