We have a fair here ,once the old folk use to say Winey Feast shut the door I suppose it was call; a feast because a pig was roasted on a spit and slices of meat were sold. Once it was where the young men and girls applied for a years work. A token of their ability was pinned on the garment worn. I once knew the signs but like the idle wind.

Good morning. The cooler, more tolerable weather and the changing color on the trees are my favorite parts of autumn. I particularly like the red and yellow leaves. Enjoy your day. We plan to work outside today, and I welcome the cooler temperature.
