I think it upset many folk it was so horrible and must have been very frightening for all in tall buildings.

Good morning. I remember where I was on September 11, 2001. Watching a program on television that was interrupted by the terrorist attack. At the time, we were still living in Nevada. Like you, I didn't understand what was happening, and once I did, I cried a lot. I kept following the various news sources to try to understand what was happening and why. It was unfathomable that something so devastating could take place. We moved back to Pennsylvania in February of 2002. That spring we paid a visit to nearby Somerset County, where Flight 93 went down. They erected a memorial for the victims, where thousands of visitors came and paid their respects and left flowers and cards. It was the saddest experience I have ever had. Twenty-five years later, we still honor the lives forever changed. We will never forget. Red rose
