The weather is absolutely bizarre. Poor Sadie. So many people have reported flooding and power outages. I am so thankful we never lost power or had any flooding issues. Our neighbor across the street has a flooded cellar from all of the water runoff. Those gas prices don't appear to have a cap. Everything is so expensive. I pray this ends soon. It is a cooler day with no signs of rain. I can finally run the mower through the yard.

The greedy gas companies are a bane to me. They could sacrifice a billion in quarterly earnings to give us a break. I hope the storms end soon! Poor Sadie it has to be hard on her with such acute hearing.

I had a Collie once it slept in a kennel outside in a wired run. At the first clap of thunder it escaped and we knew it was outside waiting to come in. It is nice to have some rain I don't know if you have Brussel sprouts for Christmas . Here we we shown some poor little specimens and as there were organic no pesticides were used the leaves were partially shredded by a weevil which had multiplied many times due to the heat something attacked my strawberries. in a similar fashion and some of the plants have no leaves left. 😒
