That is really helpful and you are so right. I will give him your suggestions and see what he thinks! Hopefully we CAN get his tush off the couch... he does poke out an occasional email now and then.... so there is hope!

What to do with two broken wrists
He could learn the Irish jig. He could learn to dance. He could start walking, or jogging. He could sign up for a 5k walk/run for a good cause. He could catch up with friends,or get one of those voice typer thingys and start bloging or write a novel. There are so many things to do other than sit around and watch T.V., it's just a matter of if he's willing to try anything new, or even, if he's anything like some people I know, get his tush off the couch.
