I think it's fine to be filled with different emotions, it's a reminder we are alive and experiencing different things. The good thing is you tried remedies and the nap is affecting your circadian rhythm but you are still seeking solutions. It will even out for you.

I do not know about the ladies....but my two living sons might look you over and ask a lot of questions. They are very protective of Mom. But, I would like to explain my mood yesterday. It was the birthday of my Sister who was nearest me in age and we were inseparable growing up. She passed away from a bad case of skin cancer from being an outside person in the days before sunscreen. It was a very painful illness and she was on Hospice Care. I was with her most of the time during the last month of her life. Mostly she wanted me to sing to her the songs of our childhood and I would try but doing that would make me break ont in tears that would not allow singing. So yesterday I relieved that....but now that her bd is over I can remember the good times.

Well Honey Bun. I am allowed the indiscretion of being much older than you. But I thought of a good Idea. There are still some good-looking ladies hovering around seventy, which is yesterday's Fifty . Now, if I said I would like to adopt you, I wonder what the result would be?.😊
