Score one for wildlife. I remember plastic rings on cans before recycling days.They would choke birds. I always cut mine back then.

Sherri, this enforced ban protects wildlife, and I'm in favor of it. I think it should have been in effect long ago. Amazingly, it took longer than it should have. I hope you have a good day.
