Not something I have encountered much, I did know one woman who had experienced this problem but she had wanted to harm he husband!

One overlooked thing in this is people in their circle know they are ill. Anyone who knows it and does not act should be found complicit for not protecting the children. When teachers know a child is being abused and do not report it they are held accountable. There is no reason to accept post partum as a defense in deaths of children. It's murder and anyone found guilty should be given the sentence allowed by law.
