Well, Pat I always grew a few potatoes but rarely ate them.

My brother always did the cooking, and I guess it was chips

So now I just look for something simple.

A few years ago we used Bovril  which is quite tasty but if you remember a few years ago there were a lot of outbreaks of Foot and Mouth Disease and we did not use it.  🦋

I must admit that sounds pretty tasty for an impromptu meal. I susoect it was rather filling, too. Thanks for your words on my post. I need to be more proactive and not allow the migraines and stress to dominate me.

It appears you are creative in the kitchen. Mixing foods for the optimal flavor takes a bit of talent. I have never eaten Marmite, but I read that Sir Paul McCartney enjoys a Marmite sandwich with mustard and lettuce.
