Good morning. You have hit the nail on the head. Social media and cellphones are not great for kids. Hell, it's not good for adults either. I'd love to go back to life before the distractions became such a mainstream thing. Life was so much simpler then.

As long as scapegoat mentality exists it will be impossible to expect people to take ownership. It requires leadership and someone or a number of people becoming trailblazers so to speak. The best way for me begins in the home to start a new healthy trend.

I feel your entry is spot-on. It's really going to be up to individual people, not governments to get a handle on the craziness that comes with social media.
