Good Evening
Sam444, I used Amazon's templates and never had any problems. I published with KDP. I'm so sorry you are having all of this trouble. This is entirely too much trouble for you. I know you will be glad when it is over. I hope you have a good night.

My last book cost me so much money to get into Print I will always go straight to Amazon from now on if I ever write another.

Re:
I forgot to add that I did not set the price of the book published by Liferich. They did that. I have never felt good about it either. In my opinion, it is too high, but for whatever reason, people buy it anyway. Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing gives you options when it comes to setting the prices on your books. Of course, they get a big chunk of the book sales, but since it is a free service, I don't complain.

I'm sorry that you are going through this nightmare. Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing was easy to work with, and they were free. Formatting can be complicated. That's why I was elated when I used their templates without issue. To this day, I receive a monthly payment for my books that are read and purchased on Amazon, which were published through their site. I do have one paperback book published through Liferich Publishing. It is sold on Amazon and various other sites. I receive a quarterly payment for it. The manuscript desperately needed editing before it was published. Unbeknownst to me, the $1,000 I paid to the company did not cover that service. Live and learn.
