Re: Re: Aba Brother

I think our Neanderthal cousins lived in peace for thousands of years, especially along the Spanish coast in high caves.  Wish we had more of their genes. 🌹

Re: Sea Sister,

You so rightly say  -  I read somewhere that in our history of 2000 years, more than 3000 battles/ wars have been fought. And, that means more than one war on a yearly basis. Man will, it seems, never learn to live in peace. This thought is so disturbing. 🦬🥀

Re: Yes, that’s so good an observation. You’re right.

And in its poetry of ugliness there is a modicum of beauty, perhaps. Like war, jarring. In war, who wins? In death from war, who wins? People have no transcended to the level of living in peace. Great write, brother Aba! Hope you are feeling better each day. 🌹🙏😄🥂

There is nothing good that comes from killing, even if it is during wartime. The two are unsettled ghosts living in Hell.
