It's ironic. Trump and Wes Moore are no different on the issue. What is going on? Here's what I believe. They both look at the Disability Community as a reliable Democratic voting bloc. Turmp knows Republicans will never get those votes, so he doesn't care. Moore knows he will still get those votes, so he does not care either.

“If the change goes forward, it will be reversed after the November election if the Democrats take control of the House and the Senate.” I sincerely believe the Democrats will win, hands down.
